Founded in 2016.
Vessel Kitchen exists to make better food available to our family, friends, and community. Period. We didn’t have a master plan when we started, just a belief that real, nourishing meals served quickly and affordably should be an easy, everyday thing. Not exactly a radical idea, but less common than you’d think.

How we got here
We saw a lot of good ideas out there but couldn’t find a place that put them all together. So, we made a mash-up, taking the fast from fast casual and the fine from fine dining. Real ingredients. Scratch-everything. Fast, fresh, and flavorful. That’s Vessel.
How we think
We ask ourselves a few simple questions when it comes to the food we serve. Can we make it from scratch? Can we source great ingredients? Do we love it ourselves? If we can’t answer yes to all three questions, it doesn’t go on the menu.
What kind of food do we serve
Fair question. If you come up with a short and catchy name for it, please let us know. Until then, here’s what we can tell you. Vessel is nourishing, delicious and draws inspiration from everywhere. We believe in providing a lot of choices and the ability to customize to get exactly what you want.
Is it “Health” food?
Vessel Kitchen is real food. We made our menu with all kinds of people in mind: vegans, vegetarians, carnivores, Whole30 people, gluten-free people picky people, and even small people (kids). While we lean healthy, and are all about whole ingredients, we think our guest should be free to choose their own adventure.
Food Forward Sourcing
We work to source local ingredients each season whenever possible. Not just because they are ‘local’, but because fresh ingredients taste better and supporting local vendors is a huge part of our identity.
