How Does It Work?
Our program awards you $10 for every $100 you spend. Simple as that.
Sign up in store or follow the link below, just make sure your email address or phone number is accurate and keep an eye out for a confirmation email.
Once you’re signed up, your credit card will automatically link to your rewards account, you’ll just need to enter your email/phone the first time you use a new card.
Your email address or phone number is your “account”, so make sure all your credit cards you use are linked to your email address so you don’t miss out on points!

You can enroll in our Rewards Program by providing your email address or phone number at the point of purchase. After paying for your meal, a prompt will appear asking if you’d like to join the program. If you select Yes, you will then be prompted to enter your email address or phone number you would like to use for the account. Once your information has been entered, select Submit to create your new account. If you entered an email address, you will then receive a welcome email to activate your account. If you entered a phone number, you will receive a welcome text message to activate your account instead.

Absolutely! When creating an Online Ordering account for the first time or accessing an existing Online Ordering Account, you will be able to sign up for the Vessel rewards program. Once you’ve signed up for rewards, you can begin collecting points for each order as well as redeem rewards for discounts on future orders in the restaurant or online!

Upon enrolling, our point of sale system (Toast) will send an email or text message to you, which contains a summary of the program, a link to your unique E-Rewards Card and a points balance summary. You MUST use the link in your welcome email to Verify the Card in order for the card to be used for redeeming points. If the card is not verified, the debit/credit card alone will not prompt you to use your points for discounts in the future.

When you sign up for a Rewards Account after paying with a credit or debit card, the account is also linked to that credit or debit card. When future payments are taken with that card, the Rewards Points will be applied to your account automatically. A linked debit/credit card will automatically earn points on future payments.

Yes! We are happy to add them, just reach out using the “Contact” link below and we’ll get you squared away. While we’re happy to add a recent transaction that slipped through the cracks, we’re not backdating points to 2016. Sorry people, gotta draw the line somewhere.

Yes, Vessel gift cards can contain BOTH cash balances and loyalty points. A Gift Card can be registered as a Rewards Card and similarly, a card initially set up as a Rewards card can have cash value added to it to be used as a Gift Card. The balances are stored separately within our point of sale system. Just be sure not to toss that Gift Card if it runs out of money!

No, a physical card is not required to register, but providing an email address or phone number is required to register for the Loyalty program.

Yes, multiple credit cards can be linked to a single Rewards Account, but only 1 email or phone number and 1 customer profile can be used.

If you did not use a registered credit card (even if you ordered through the Toast app), you will not earn automatic progress toward your reward.
