General

  • Awesome! We are always looking for great team members to join us. See the list of open positions and apply here.

  • We sure do. You can order delivery from restaurants, click “ORDER NOW” at the top of this page. We do have delivery through Doordash and UberEats, but we’d prefer you order delivery through us - you’ll pay less, we’ll make more. Everyone wins.

  • We do not take reservations, and usually can accommodate any party size. If you’re planning a private party or bringing a large group of 15+ people, please head over to our catering page.

  • Yes! And it’s a beauty. For every $100 you spend, you get $10 back to use on more deliciousness. More information is over on our rewards page.

  • Heck yes we do. Physical Gift Cards can be purchased at any of our locations, or head over to our Gift Cards page to purchase one right meow.

  • Will you be there every day and tell all your friends? Head over to our Locations page, scroll down, and tell us why you love us and why we should love where you live!

  • We do not currently franchise, but if we do in the future, definitely check back. We’ll probably forget to update this page though, so head to our Contact page and drop us a line either way.

  • Our team is here to help! Please try the store you ordered from directly by phone – the number is listed on our locations page.

  • We take mistakes very seriously and want to do everything in our power to make it right. We hate to make you do extra work, but we assure you that if you call the restaurant you ordered from, we’ll do whatever is necessary to get you a replacement with your correct order. If it’s too late to correct your order, please send us a note in our Contact form. Let us know what happened and where. We'll make it up to you, promise!

  • Sorry for the technical difficulties. Please call the store to place your order.

  • Please call the restaurant from which you placed your order directly to change or cancel an order.

  • Yes, please send us a request in Contact page with the restaurant location, date, time, name on the order, what you ordered, and last 4 digits of your credit card #.

Open Orders

  • Yes we do! You’re welcome to order Catering through our Online Ordering platform (scroll up and click “ORDER NOW”, or if you’d like some additional help our catering team would love to help you. Visit our Catering page for all the deets.

  • Yes we do! Please head over the the catering page and reach out, we’ll get you taken care of.

  • You would be SHOCKED how often this happens.. their loss. Please reach out to our catering team by email, or call one of our locations and cry into the phone. They’ll get it.

    But seriously, we typically request 24 hour advance notice for catering orders. For same day orders, call the Vessel Kitchen nearest to you to inquire. We’ll try our best to make it happen.

  • We made our packages to accommodate 10 guests as best we could, but you’ll always know your crowd better than we do. We’ll always work with you to make sure you have enough food, as it also depends on what items you are going with. Generally we recommend one starch-based side and one vegetable-based side to go with a protein.

  • 15-20% is always a nice gesture. We appreciate your generosity.

  • We can include them! Please let us know if you need them, or include them in your online order when you place it.

  • How would you like it served? We can do buffet style, individual meals, lunchboxes, etc.

  • Please make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice when possible, to avoid charges/penalties.

  • We absolutely do and we’ve been fortunate enough to have our hand in quite a few weddings. Please reach out to our catering team and a member from our team would be happy to talk through what it looks like to have Vessel Kitchen be a part of your big day. While we will do our best to make it work for your big day, please know that we are not a wedding caterer first, but we can absolutely nail a full service event, and have many times.
