From the very beginning, we pledged to construct a menu that focused on clean, wholesome options that would allow our guests to walk out the door feeling better than they did on the way in. We get whole vegetables, fruits and grains delivered to our stores every morning. We start at 7am every day prepping responsibly sourced produce, humanely raised proteins, quality spices, and more. And we don’t stop cooking these wholesome, scratch-made recipes throughout the entire day because we believe food simply tastes better when it’s made fresh.

Vessel Kitchen is Whole30 Approved.

Vessel Kitchen is proud to announce that it has earned the distinction of being Salt Lake City’s second Whole30 Approved restaurant. It’s been an honor to work closely with Whole30 CEO, Melissa Hartwig Urban, and the rest of the incredible Whole30 team and the entire Vessel Kitchen team is excited about partnering with a like-minded organization. Head Chef Roe’e Levy worked closely with Whole30 Brand Partnership Manager, Alyssa Anthony, to create a robust variety fo Whole30 Approved dishes from its seasonal menu, featuring a number of locally sourced market proteins and side dishes, nutritious items like its house-made bone broth, as well as a handful of rotating seasonal salads and Vessel’s signature bowls.

Vessel Kitchen is proud to be at the forefront of a movement founded on the pursuit of delivering scratch-made, non-processed, delicious food... all at an approachable price point. Vessel’s partnership with Whole30 is just another step in promoting that this approach to dining is, indeed, the path to a healthier lifestyle and both companies are excited to build on this relationship moving forward.
