Celebrating Two Incredible Years of Operation at Vessel Kitchen

A LETTER FROM VESSEL KITCHEN’S FOUNDERS

A little over two years ago, the three founding partners of Vessel Kitchen had never even met. Sheer happenstance and a little good fortune brought the three of us together…sprinkle in an incredible group of investors who believed in our vision, some long nights over countless cups of coffee, and a sprinkle of good fortune along the way…and our company was born in the summer of 2016.

Two years later, none of us could have ever imagined the incredible level of support we would ultimately receive from our community. We had a vision for a restaurant whose core ethos were simple: quality ingredients, unique flavor profiles, served in an environment that reminded you of home.

We have evolved leaps and bounds over the past two years. We have been blessed from the very beginning with an incredible team that gave us the opportunity to be here today. They are the heartbeat of everything we are and through them, we are fortunate enough to be here today celebrating our second full year of operation.

We feel so fortunate to be a part of such an incredible community and we are humbled by both our successes and failures since we opened our doors. While we will continue to strive to get better over the next two years and beyond, we are more excited than ever to see what the future has in store for our young company.

To everyone who has supported us in our first two years of operation, we thank you for giving Vessel the chance to evolve into something truly special. As we look towards the future, everyone at Vessel is motivated by the pursuit of what lies ahead and we cannot wait to share in that adventure with you.
